About your therapist
Alex is passionate about helping clients make changes in their lives, and achieve their goals through support, clinical skill, and a genuine working relationship. Alex approaches clinical therapy through emphasis on the impact that client's beliefs, relationship with their emotions, and habits/behaviors have on their lives. When clients understand this impact completely, they are equipped to make deep meaningful changes in their lives. She is straight forward, compassionate, genuine, and encouraging.
In her spare time, Alex enjoys audio books, playing table-top and video games, spending quality time with her family, and being in nature. Alex also appreciates art, innovative research, and interior design. She is mom to two cats and a great dane, values irreverent humor and laughter, and deep meaningful relationships.
